Constructed as 6 separate sites in Batı Ataşehir region, KentPlus Ataşehir is composed of total 2044 flats. Spread on an area of 121.000 m², KentPlus Ataşehir allocates an area of 80.000 m² for landscape and social reinforcement. The first phase of the project began to be delivered in April 2007, and the delivery of 6th phase was completed in first quarter of 2008 as undertaken during sales.
